Illegal construction next to my house . The owner is depriving my right to light and air by not leaving the prescribed setback space. Also flouting all BBMP construction guidelines. He has encroached upon the drainage area as well. We have complained to BBMP office but no action taken yet. My property has been damaged as well in the course of this construction. Also my tenant is facing daily harassment . Seeking your immediate assistance. Ward Officer has also told that she is helpless in fixing this issue. No respite Was this information helpful?
