[Resolved]  BSA Hercules — Faulty Chasis of Ladybird Cycle

I had purchased a brand new Lady Bird Cycle 24" of pink colour (Chasis No.E!!048746) on 26 July 2014 From BSA & HERCULES Showroom Gurgaon Sector-14 (i.e NEW RADHE SHAM & SONS vide Bill No. 3556 Dated 26 Jul 14). On 25 Aug 14 I went for its free servicing to the said dealer therafter they observed that Handle big hexagonal Nut on top was getting sliiped on tightening. Service Manager/ Mechanic told that this is a manufacturing defect so i have to cut the top of handle chasis hole. So they dismantled complete handle assembly thereafter they cut top of handle chasis hole by nearly 1 to 3 cm. But the cutting of chasis hole was so irregular that it becam taper on that all ball assembly they mounted, which is getting awkard from looks and functioning side also. Any how they made it tight. But its my request to you if the chasis was faulty then it has to be either replaced or get it repaired in factory itself. But they cut it locally in irregular shape. Because chasis is main thing for which customer going to buy BSA brand cycle. And these shop spoiled my new BSA cycle of One month old chasis . I was having good faith on BSA brand so please get the chasis changed by BSA . I will be thankful to you for consideration of my complaints.
