T Mountain Cycle While riding this bicycle which I purchased on October 2022 and riding after 1 year after opening the box in highway suddenly a vehicle came nearby and I had pressed brake and the suspension got bend suddenly it was too poor and it got bend a bit because of this I could not ride my bicycle anymore while the pedal is touching the wheel too the cycle is also not working anymore because of that suspension

Reference is made to my purchase invoice dated 11/05/22 regarding the purchase of cycle from your distribution point, Imperial Cycles which was delivered in Rajouri Garden
Sir, I want to bring to your notice that the product was tightly packed and when I unpacked the product I found these defects: I found the cracks, dents, rusted nuts and marks on it The product was totally used. When I confronted the owner, he rudely refused to take any actions. As per the warrant provision and company norms, your company will have to return the cycle within a 10 days time period. Hence it is requested to take appropriate action. We were under the impression that the cycle was of hero as it was claimed by the owner of the Imperial Cycles store. We were later informed by a Hero Cycles representative that it was from your company. As you can see, the cycle sold to me is old, used and defective. As you can clearly see, the product is outdated and with a lot of defects.
Just changing the parts would not do and I want a refund and would also like you to check when the owner bought the cycle from the supplier since he claimed that the model was released last month
Please look into it quickly and do the needful

I have purchased Hercules FX-200 Cycle day before yesterday (30.03.2022) and while riding velocity is very heavy.
Feeling very tired while riding even 1-2 kilomitar also.

Being extreme reputed company if Hercules FX-200 Top speed cycle is giving this much of bad performance, Getting disappointed.

Please resolve my concern.

Hence we are very disapointed with it service we have got faulty cycle it everytimes need service very bad service very bad

I brought Hercules topgear cx70 model from tirunelveli. It found back wheel frame bend. I felt very difficult to drive

Purchased at Bismilla Cycle mart, Chittur, Palakkad
Fork quality was very poor and it takes correction with in six months and now it was damaged (bend on the top).

I bought hercules deadpool at 02/12/2021 from kollam unnunnys Wheel allingment and sound from pedal portion

I purchased a hercules street cat(chassis no-DLR102561) on 1st october from "Sanjay cycle engineering works" pilani(333031) rajasthan for rs 6800. On the 3rd day of purchasing the cycle started having issues with the chain. The dealer repaired it free of cost saying that there are some problems in new cycles and it will be working fine from now on. But on 3rd nov the cycle had issues with its pedal bolts. The pedals started to slip while cycling. I had to give the cycle again to the dealer(sanjay cycle) for repair. This time it costed me rs60 and i was not given the receipt of repair works.
Now again on december 5, the cycle has started to have same issues with the chain and i had to again give it to a local repair shop and shell out rs160 for the repairs. I am not satisfied with the quality of the cycle given to me as it is the 3rd repair in 2months time.
i would like to have my cycle replaced by hercules company at the earliest.

I purchased a Hercupes brand new gear cycle worth of high end model. After 1.5 months of limited use the ball bearing of the hub fell off and now thecycle is not functional because of this. Since this is under warranty, I tried reaching thecustomer care but received no help or response

I purchased a Hercules bicycle from Shri chand cycle store New market Patna. They sold me a deffective piece. Brakes are broken, Rim is bend and tyres are not well. And now shopkeeper doesn't take care about that and completely ignoring the issue.

I have purchase Hercules Top 29 R1 one month back. I have used for 2 days after that wheel free broken . after sending all the photos and videos company not responding to mail and not even providing the solution of my problem.

We purchased 4 Hercules Cycles from Flipkart 15 days before. Now, we facing lots of issues in two cycles.
1. brakes not working not properly
2. when applying brakes, wheels jammed
3. Tyres bulging
4. Front handle adjustment not working

We already raised complaint with customer care. There is no response at all. please need the needful asap

Cycle tyre is too bad

I had recently purchased Hercules Roadeo Turner VX on 23rd September 2021 and with in 4 days the frame got broken (bend), due to this the bicycle got to inactive stage.

Kindly replace the frame or bicycle and provide a positive response towards the solution.

7 months old lady bird .seat clamps broke. Steel is too brittle. 3 generation o[censored]sing your cycles, 1st such complaint. Take notice

Sir, we have bought new Dynamite 26" with shock absorber model. But we realised after reaching home that the cycle is bit hieghter to my 10 year son. He tried but feeling uneasy to get up and down.
We spoke to the dealer to exchange it with smaller size but they hesitate and not agreed. We bought at price Rs 8300
Now it is no use of keeping it home without use. My son is sad and upset now. Kindly help us to exchange it.

I had purchased MTB from your local Authorised Dealer before 1 month, you can estimate how many Kms one can ride a cycle in a month, the THREADS has came out from the both Tyres without any use, please do help me to resolve this issue
