I have a bsn cable connection, my operator is charging 197 rs for their own pack and i have requested them to stop my existing sony pack and add new pack of sports channel then he is refusing my request and telling to add new channel is not possible. They have a certain date 28 to 5 to add new channels. How can we get benefit from the new rule. Before we paid almost 200 rs for all channels now they take 197 for their basic pack. Its not fair.

I am a user of ban cable network and i was paying service charge every month to your personnel, they are receiving service charge every month themself but this month no one came to collect the same and they stop the service without any information so please register a complaint and i also sending this complaint to trai, minstry broadcasting india and uttarakhand. The prices was uncertain they are violating the guidelines of trai in which trai instructed that consumtshould chose there channels but they are adding their local channels in that.

As i sent filled all the PF forms it was more than one month i dint receive the pf forms back from them with official signature and stamp. If iam mailing the kolkata office they are not responding properly nearly i sent more than 10 mails to them asking the status of the forms but no proper reply. Finally they called and they are telling still it is under process i dnt know what they are doing really frustrated.

I bought a new sim card yesterday. They told me that your sim card l be activated by tomorrow once you call this number (1507). The problem is that its showing problems such as "no range"/"try after sometime"/"temporary problem". I don't know to activate the sim without any network available. So i wanted to know if there is network available in my location or not. If not then what should i do with the sim card? And if yes why am i not getting any network? Number given to me is [protected]. I was trying to activate my sim this whole evening but i was unable to do so. Please help! Thank you!

My number is [protected]. messages are not going outside from my sim for past few days. please rectify my problem as early as possible.I have 50 sms free and also sufficient balance.If I send a message from my mobile the message "send failed" is coming.

i am an employee of BSN INFOTECH PVT LTD, KANPUR..
Sir here are a lot of problems and they gave us fear of rules and laws . i am working here from last 2 months( 21 june).
I am a MCA before giving us joining here they told me to work as a technical service engineer and
software developer and also they charge 8000 rs AS security deposit with out any giving any proper
receipt and said it will be refundable after 2 months. after giving joining they told me to go to
market and make survey about company and collect data . i refused to do this but they said to work
it for 15 days then i will work in technical team. i refused then they said to leave job i asked
him my security deposit but they refused said it is refundable after 2 months. Due to Rs i again
started working , i work whole month in market after completing one months i asked my salary but
they said due to opening of provident fund account they are getting late .I wait till 10 of august.
then they said that u will get on 12 evening . but i didn't got salary till 16 aug. then on 16 aug they
said i will get salary on 18 aug. on 18 august they give me post dated cheque of 30 aug. i asked him my
provident fund account no. but they didn't give it to me.
sir here are a lot of employees near about 300 ( all over up and other state ). and every one has this
problems most of them are freshers. so company are taking advantage.a lot of cheque are being dishonored
every day . most of persons are giving resign every day so comapny is not giving them any salary and
also not refunding security fees. if i am not giving resign then they said to work me with out money
and if i am refusing then they said to give resign and they will not provide salary.WE HAD NOT FILL ANY
PROVIDENT FUND ACCOUNT OPENING FORM SO how can they open account so its clear they are making only
fool and also they are not givinh us salary as per our offer letter and also we are not getting allowances
according to offer letter.
sir every one has a lot of problem but company dont have fear of rules and regulations

after comleting one months they are absconding employees without any regions they said that they
will not work and they have to give resign.and also they are not refunding security amount.

Sir its my humble request to please see this case. every employee has this problem. they are doing
only fraud.and making us fool.

Mr. Sanjeev Shrivastava is chairperson of this company he was an CA but his market image is very poor.

SIR/Madam,I am the employee of BSN Infotech Pvt. Ltd., KANPUR. Sir,here every employee is facing a lot of problems and working on our own expenses without salary and convenes and the management gave us fear of rules and laws. we are working here from last 2 months( 21 June).The Company is recruiting only BCA, MCA, Btech and MBA Degree Holders. They take Interview and just after interview asked for money Rs. 8000 ant at once give Offer letter for Technical Support Engineer (Service, Installation and Developer) to the candidate. After completing the 1 month training they gave us joining letter and said go market and make survey, collect data & sale the software just like salesman which does not match with the offered job profile. We work whole month in market after completing one months we asked for our salary they talk very rudely and ask for resign to the candidate. Some time they make pretend and said due to opening of Provident Fund Account they are getting late. We asked him for our provident fund account no. but they didn't give it to us. Sir/Madam here a lot of employees near about 600 (all over India), and every one is facing the same problems. A lot of cheques are being dishonored every day most of employees are giving resign every day so company is not giving them any salary and also not refunding security fees..WE HAD NOT FILL ANY PROVIDENT FUND ACCOUNT OPENING FORM, so how can they open account so its clear they are making only fool.
