[Resolved] BSN Infotech — Sms not going out side from my sim no [protected]

My number is [protected]. messages are not going outside from my sim for past few days. please rectify my problem as early as possible.I have 50 sms free and also sufficient balance.If I send a message from my mobile the message "send failed" is coming.

Calling the bsn infotech company, it si said by them that they do not have digital signature. This is being said by them for the last one year.
