Sir I want to know about the transaction held on 18 august 2015 of Rs 871 (twice).I have paid BSNL landline/broadband phone bill amount Rupees 871(twice) on 18th Aug 2015. The amount is deducted twice from my account but BSNL has not received the amount for a single time.
