BSNL And Mobikwik — mobile recharge | |||
On sunday i.e 21/07/19 i made a recharge of Rs. 19/- from my Mobikwik wallet for validity extension of my BSNL NO. [protected]. An amount of Rs. 19/- deducted twice (i.e. Rs. 38) from the wallet but only one recharge of Rs.19/- is done by BSNL. Mobikwik is not ready to give a proper reply and asking me to contact customer care of BSNL. BSNL customer care is giving vague answers like you could not recharge same plan twice etc. If that is correct then why they are not refunding the amount. Rs. 19/- is not a huge amount but as a customer I feel that I have been cheated and not getting proper answer from both Mobikwik and BSNL. The transaction ID for recharge done through Mobikwik is as under: Transaction Id: MBK[protected] for Rs. 19/- Transaction Id: BSW[protected] for Rs. 19/- from the above only one transaction is credited to my BSNL account and the second one is deducted from Mobikwik wallet but neither credited to BSNL nor refunded to my wallet.
