BSNL Cellone — Amount deducted

Sir, I activated 22 oct 2015 caller tune to my [protected], but till now only default tone is activated.when i call to BSNL customer care they say i am forwarding your number to our people and it will be activated within 24hrs, more than a week over till now not acivated my money for tune Rs-42/- is deduted.I called bsnl person till 3 times but no use.pls do needful revert back to my mail.
