[Resolved]  BSNL Cellone — CellOne-Outgoing calls barred.

My CellOne post paid(Manik Jod Plan) mobile No is [protected]. From yesterday(30/05/2014) evening all outgoing calls have been barred though the bill amount of Rs 619/- for the billing period 01/04/2014 to 30/04/2014 with due date 26/05/2014 has been paid on 26/05/2014 thru bill payment desk of ICICI bank which is being done regularly.But this time I failed to understand for what reason all outgoing call have been barred.Can BSNL authorities explain reason behind this? I would like add here that BSNL customer care service is horrible.I was trying to get in touch with customer care executives since 30th evening but failed. Please do the needful.
