[Resolved]  BSNL Cellone — Unwanted VAS activation

Sir, Tody at 04.24 pm in I received a message that a song (Nee En Sarga...) will be activated as my ringBack tone within 24 hours and it will be charged a totel of Rs.42. I did not request for any Ring back tone or copied any song. I contacted the customer care to register a complaint. But they said they can take the complaint only after activation. That means I willbe chaged. It is not fair. The same incident has occured many months before too. My mobile number is [protected]. If it is a system error please rectify it within no time and dont charge me. Thanking You, Yours sincearely K. Krishna Kumar
