BSNL — certain omission in earlier complaints - rectification-recharge of prepaid 3g data in time but not considered and passed 30gb carry over. | |||
Sir, I am K.Gnanasekaran from Velachery, Chennai. My prepaid mobile No is [protected]. I am also availing the 3G Data Card facility with BSNL, Chennai. I have been subscribing DATA 198 which is valid for 22 days to 28 days.Every month I have been continuously recharging the above data through Axis Bank internet banking facility. Since the above data was due to be lapsed on[protected] I recharge on[protected] itself. But due to urgently instead of STV 198 plan I recharged STV 241 plan and the amount has also been debited in the Bank Account and the receipt Ref.No.of BSNL in No.[protected] dated[protected] was also generated. But I found my DATA was not recharged. Then once again I recharged my original Plan STV198 which had a carry forward stock of 28GB. The receipt No.[protected] dated[protected] was generated. My grievance is that my inadvertent remittance of Rs.241 under STV which has not been considered by the BSNL should be returned back into my Bank Account. Secondly, eventhough I recharged/renewed my STV 198 Plan within the due date of[protected], the carry over DATA availability of 28 GB has not carry forwarded along with the renewal. Now as per my account there is only 1GB available for 22 days. I should be immediately credited with 28GB more data along with refund of Rs.241. Was this information helpful? | |||
