My land line no.[protected] I have received bill for July'14. I'm surprised to note that you have charged one time charge of Rs.123.13 for Hungama facilities. I have never opted for this facility. The same complaint is with me too. Hungama charges of Rs.156 have been charged without any user consent. This is such a poor and cheap trick from bsnl broadband service. Also while contacting the customer care representative the call was hung up during the conversation. Where should I complain to report these issues ?
