BSNL - Hungama — Auto activation of subscription without consumer consent | |||
My brother got a call from BSNL Hungama Call center two months before and he was told about the new services provided.We clearly mentioned that we are not interested in the mentioned service.But he took some personal details from him like mobile no:, email id and Date of Birth.We were totally unaware that the service was auto activated. Along with brodband bill we have been charged Rs 396.33 for the month of April and Rs 410 for the month of May.I approached bsnl-hungama with mycomplaint.But they denied my claim for refund.They claim that activation was done from our side. I have seen that there has been a lots of complaints raised against the organisation for the same reason.I would be grateful if i get a quick solution for this Was this information helpful? | |||
