In
connection with above this is to inform that none from BSNL came down to the
undersigned to verify the free of charges modem “Teracom” Type I provided to me
and verify documents in support of my submissions except some one from &
JTO of Haridaspur exchange inquired over phone whether my internet connection
is OK or not.


However
for your kind perusal & ready appreciation a statement of total Security
Deposit paid to BSNL in respect of BB & Telephone No. 2402 6000 duly quoting bill
reference & other essentials are furnished below & at attachment:-


Incidentally
it is to mention that probably due to abolition of scheme HP UL 750/- I have
been provided with new scheme ULD 800/- No prayer has been made by undersigned
in this respect. However BSNL in terms of prevailing terms & conditions can
charge only Rs.50/- from me to make up total SD for BB for Rs. 800/-
