BSNL Landline — Payment not credited paid through bank debit card - but got debited from my bank account

Today i paid My Landline Bill Online through my Indian Bank Debit Card -Amount Rs.1273. But Amount go debited from my Bank Account . But BSNL still showing not paid. It took nearly Half and Hour to Process and in the end amount not Credited to BSNL. Now how to Rectify this? My no[protected]
