BSNL — Low/No Data speed.

Sir, We are recharging the BSNL 3G sim and using for net surfing. But the last one year, the data speed was very low. In every evening from 5 pm to night 1 am, no data speed. Recharging for 3G connection, and 3G features not available. This complaints are forcing me to take a new connection of other network. we are like BSNL.
