BSNL — mnp done but no information in the portal | |||
I was ported my mobile number [protected] on december 2018. The number got activated, recharged and started using. After few days i called to bsnl customer care for some help. But they said that my number is belongs to aircel. (I called from the same bsnl registered sim, recharged as per bsnl plans). And the customer care executive hesitated to respond and cut my call. I urged to bsnl exchange. They said, “we can’t do anything. Anyway it is working, then why are you worried??”. This was the response i got from them. I registered a complaint on bsnl portal. But i did not get any proper response. Now i am in trouble, i am not able to send any sms from my number. Customer care also not supporting in this case. I am not even able to send port request to 1900. Was this information helpful? | |||
