This is a respectful representation regarding the poor quality of BSNL network coverage at Utai, where subscribers are facing persistent connectivity problems, frequent call drops, weak signal strength, and unreliable data services that are causing genuine inconvenience to residents, students, businesses, and citizens who depend on these services for daily communication and essential digital work. It is respectfully brought to notice that there appears to be no active monitoring by BSNL staff to verify whether quality coverage is actually being delivered in this area, and this lack of on-ground oversight is allowing the situation to continue unaddressed. Without intending to blame or hurt any individual or official, and fully appreciating the hard work of the department, we sincerely request that the concerned authorities kindly depute staff to inspect, monitor, and upgrade the network infrastructure at Utai on priority, so that reliable and quality coverage can be restored at the earliest and citizens are no longer left disconnected.
