[Resolved]  BSNL Prepaid — Restart inactive sim card

Sir/Madam, My name is Santosh Sheshmal Bhansali. My BSNL mobile number is [protected]. I did not use this sim card for a few months and now it has turnes inactive. Now I again wish to use that since I have realised that a majority of my contacts have that number. Can you please restart the sim card? What is the procedure for that & What are the charges?

i am unable to use caller tunes services on my number . its been around 1 month it has been saying that ( sorry your activation request has not been started ) . earlier when I call to caller tunes ( 56700 ) it provides me a variety of songs through which I can choose and set it as my caller tune.
