BSNL — Recharge not done even after deduction of money | |||||
My name is K.K.Gupta, I have a BSNL connection no [protected]. On 9/10/2015 I used BSNL Portal for recharging above no with Rs 330.00. Iwas directed to techprocess for online payment through netbanking. The transaction no is Techproc/[protected]/[protected]. At that time I got no recharge for my number.I thought the money will return back to my account in next few days but now its 10 days over since the starting of process.
