[Resolved] BSNL — Refund Cheque with incorrect name and employees not listening | |||
I had submitted application for disconnection in Feb 2014. Along with disconnection request, I had also notified the authorities that in BSNL records there is spelling mistake in the name of account holder. As such I had also submitted the photocopy of Voter ID and electricity bill as a proof of identity and address and requested them to make the refund cheque with the correct name. But they did not do the correction before disconnecting the connection and now they say it is impossible to issue the cheque in the correct name. I have attached the receipt and photocopy of application that i had submitted at the time of disconnection request and it is a proof that i had submitted valid identity and address proof and requested for cheque to be issued in correct name.
