BSNL Retiree — poor coverage

On 12.11.2018 i have purchased one airtel sim bearing no [protected]. Activated on the same day with rs.495/- valid upto 03.02.2019.
I am not able to browse. Observed remarks "bad inteernet connection". Even though the fact brought to the notice of the customer care, no action appear to be taken. It is requested to to arrange early internet working. A word of reply is solicited.
