BSNL — Simply deducting money

There is additon of rs 180 in our monthly bill wich is a crap. And we have to get so much of mental stress in writing complain here and there. Who is going to pay for the same. It is not at all expected from bsnl service. And for refunding it we have to write application here and there. It is absolutely a nonsense thing from bsnl.
