BSNL SURAT — Regarding the unsatisfied services for broadband and internet services | |||
Respected sir, Here I would like to throw light to a serious matter about your products. We had undergone in a contract with BSNL SURAT (Mr.Yagnesh Lad, Mr.Kothari & Mr.Bipin sheth) for broadband and internet connection of our whole project (Sangini Solitaire & Swaar Sangini) Basically we are leading real-estate firm of surat. We provide premium facilities to our customers with apartments that include internet connection and broadband. We had agreement on the 3rd week of January and made payment on the time for our both projects (Sangini solitaire & Swaar Sangini). We were been promised to get connections within 4 weeks of agreement. we get the connection after the 20th week of aggrement . after the im proper connection we are suffring lots of problem . After the conncetion the connection is not working very well. whenever we ade a call for serice or complain we get very im proper and unsatisfying answer from them even our client also get the very unsatisfying answer also. The kind of response is affecting our prestige seriously. We had promised our customer that they will get best servise from BSNL but i thing we were wrong. We have been receiving very unsatisfying and non-responsible answers from above mentioned persons. Kindly do the needful action . The authorities we have been dealing with is following 1. Mr. Kothari (Mo.[protected]) 2. Mr. Bipin seth (Mo.[protected]) 3. Mr. Lad (Mo.[protected]) 4.
