BSNL — Transaction number[protected]

Dear Sir: I made a payment through you.to pay a BSNL bill amounting to Rs.1770/ under the transaction number[protected] at 12.04 h, today, I.e., November 6, 2015. The State Bank of India has debited the amount from my account. However even after about 15 mins of waiting you your site for processing the payment remained static, and the I got the message stating:" sorry, your transaction could not be processed."
