[Resolved] BSNL — worst service by BSNL Mobile service | |||
I have ported from VODAFONE to BSNL. Few days latter I got this message from BSNL +1(901) " your service will be withdrawn if you do not pay the final bill of your previous service provider and submit the payment receipt at the nearest BSNL customer service centre." After submitting the proof I was continuously getting that message, again I went to the same CSC, Rajajinagar and explain the issue & they behave as if they are not expertise in resolving this issue. Now today my is number is not working. I would like to lodge a harassment complaint for this issue. All are ZERO KNOWLEDGE people are sitting in BSNL whether it is a call centre number or CSC.
