[Resolved] BSNL — Wrong Plan recharge and deduction money | |||
My Name is Rabendra Singh Kushwah I am used Jai Jawan BSNL plan, on 17 Aug 2014 about 08:30 PM recharge my Jai Jawan plan online but not selected Jai Jawan plan and recharge Rs 102 (One hundred two only) and Rs deducted my account but mobile not recharge my Mobile No is [protected]. went to the office to get it disconnected they sent from office to
office to get it done they even made me wait for 1 hour in both the
offices. This the worst, disgusting service. I hate them so much i cant express it words. i gave no rating as i wanted to give them a 0their staff to ignorant. Disgusting i hate them.The internet also did not work properly It did not work constantly
