There is this mistake from budgetair staff during booking, they missed to add the date of birth which my airline sunphuqouc refused to board me. I had this bad experience for the airline booked on 05 sept 2026 from Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) . I have lost my hotel reservation 15k, need to travel 20 hours additional travel by train + train charge. Such a bad experience Was this information helpful? |
