I have booked flight tickets through Skyscanner which directed me to budgetair.com portal.
First of all, the price of the ticket was deducted twice from my account.
Secondly, there was no ticket provided but a booking number instead which is of no use. There is no support available for the site so cannot contact anyone.
The next day of booking, I just received a cancellation email but no refund status. Was this information helpful? |
