I had purchased an Airline ticket from BudgetAir.com on 16 April 2023, by using my Federal Bank Debit card. The purchase and transaction was successful, but the travel agent sent an email to me in few minutes that they are unable to confirm the booking with the Airline as the ticket fair which I purchased was unavailable during my time of purchase. BudgetAir provided wrong information in their website about low price and after purchase they informed that the ticket fair unavailable and issued the refund to my payment mode. It’s more than one and half months now, still I haven’t received the refund back in my account, even after multiple followups with BudgetAir.com and with Federal Bank. The purchase amount was ₹ 70364.00, still I’m in followups with both bank and Travel agent. Travel agent tells to check with the bank, but bank tells to check with travel agent

Booked my flight tickets from Chennai to Auckland on 1st March 2023 through online using credit card. But same day flight ticket was cancelled by Budget air due to issues with airlines. On 10th March 2023 Budgetair informed that they have received the refund and requested me to provide bank details for refunding. Requested Bank Account details were provided on same day. I was informed that refund will happen in next 5 to 10 days. Since refund did not happen, I wrote email again on 23rd March 2023. I was informed my case was escalated to concern department and refund will happen soon. Again email was written on 27th March 2023, same response received stating refund will happen soon. It is quite unfortunate that Budget air could not provide concrete date for refunding till date. Need my refund money to payback my credit card bill urgently.

I have booked flight tickets through Skyscanner which directed me to budgetair.com portal.
First of all, the price of the ticket was deducted twice from my account.
Secondly, there was no ticket provided but a booking number instead which is of no use. There is no support available for the site so cannot contact anyone.
The next day of booking, I just received a cancellation email but no refund status....

I book the flight depart from BudgeAir.com. Their system ask me to finished the payment which I did. Later, It shown problem of booking, and ask me to re-enter the depart schedule, I noticed the time for departure have one hour difference. I accept the time schedule. However, when I received the etickets. It automatically change the return date which the system didn't ask me to make chage. I believe that is their system design problem or they did it on purpose to charge more fees. Therefore, I told the customer service that I couln't accept the schedule. Theytold me I have to pay extra fees for changing or cancel the schefule. But I want to cancel the booking (because they charge very high on changing fees) and I refuse to pay the fees, but they are not response my case. This company is scammer which use lowest price at Google flight search, and charging customer additional fees for changing and canceling schedule. Be aware.

Do not book ticket with BudgetAir.com or BudgetAir.in. They are just take your booking amount and never issue a ticket or refund. Stop This Fraud Business.

Have booked ticket through budget air reference no.BIN-4278332. and informed me that ticket will be emailed, but got an email of booking failed.
Refund will be deposited within 5/10days...
Still not got refund, follow up with chat box Travis ..since booking failed ..but no satisfactory result.
At present ...I'm helpless to get my Refund amount of Rs 64313.
How to recover?

My son Keshav Ganesh had to travel for his higher studies in Toronto (Canada)on 22nd 2019 for intake of May 2019. He was to travel on student visa (Passport No. K 0920817). We had booked a ticket for my son Keshav Ganesh through Jet Air ways (Flight No. 9W 2344 ) through BudgetAir agent for travel from Vadodara to Toronto (Canada) on 22/4/2019 (Copy enclosed). We had paid Rs. 53, 662/- as the total cost of the ticket. After numerous re-scheduling of International flight, ultimately the flight was cancelled as per the email from Jet Airways dated 12/04/2019. Due to cancellation of Jet Airways at the very last moment, there was lot of tensions and panic. Tickets in other Airways were either not available or were selling at exorbitant rate which was not affordable to us. As my son was going for higher studies we had already taken a lot of loan for his studies, Visa, Air ticket etc. With great difficulty one ticket was available by Cathay Pacific Air ways for 21st April 2019 and the cost of the ticket was Rs.85, 000/- (copy of ticket enclosed). Due to compulsion we had to book the ticket for him to travel by Cathy Pacific paying Rs. 85000/-.
BudgetAir.com is purely responsibility for the physical, mental and financial strain they are duty bound to refund the ticket cost of Rs. 53, 662/- . When we contacted BudgetAir they directed me to contact Jet Airways for cancellation/refund . However, the Jet Airways had stated that since the ticket was booked through BudgetAir ( Travel agents) and they will refund the same. Also in their mail dated 18th May 2020 Jet Airways, they have referred to the NCLT order dated 20th June, 2019 regarding process of refund of air tickets booked through travel agent or online travel aggregator (e.g. make my trip, Yatra com etc.) we are requested to claim our refund from our travel agent or travel aggregator viz. BudgetAir.com in my case. However, BudgetAir refused to refund the ticket despite numerous reminders all these three years. Atleast 100 emails were sent to BudgetAir in these three years for refund of ticket cost. However, they stated that Jet Air will only refund the ticket and as the same has been officially declared bankrupt. Meanwhile, as per the communication of Jet Airways the tickets purchased from Travel agents will be refunded only by the concerned booking agents also the same was stated at the Vadodara Airport (Jet Airways counter) that only BudgetAir will have to refund my ticket. (copy of instruction of Jet Airways) However, we have on 30.06.2021 received a mail from BudgetAir that they have processed the refund of my ticket and that they have sanctioned Rs. 4884.16 towards ticket cost. Out of Rs. 53, 662/- (Rs. 24, 848.86 and Rs.23, 964.98= 48813.84 ) was deducted towards non-refundable tax Adult 1.
Sir, in this connection, I fail to understand their justification of sanctioning Rs. 4884.16. For no fault of mine why should 48813.84 be deducted from my account. It is purely the responsibility of BudgetAir to refund the amount fully. In fact they should be paying me Rs. 53, 662/- along with compound interest for three full years. Also since my son had to urgently travel to Canada he had to purchase the only available ticket by Cathay Pacific for travel on 21st April, 2019 by paying Rs.85, 000/- Therefore, BudgetAir is purely responsible for refund of the air ticket amount of 53662/- along with interest for three years and also the ticket cost of Rs. 85, 000/- paid by me for travel by Cathay Pacific on 21st April 2019

I have canceled my booking and Budgetair.com has to refund my money. The cancelation invoice number is BCA- 2941871. It is been 5 months now that I have not received the refund. In last week of April 2021 I received an email from Budgetair stating that my refund is initiated and I will receive money within 10 working days. Now it's more than 15 working days and they are still not providing any answer. This is a serious matter as company is trying to eat the money.

I have made two flight ticket (Booking ID: BIN-2355433 & BIN[protected]
from BudgetAir.com on 25th June and 17th July and flight was cancelled by airline. Airline confirmed that refund is made to the service provider but still I have not received the refund till date. I have chased them continuously over mail still have not received response or refund.

I had booked a jetair flight under booking reference bin[protected]Delhi-singpore-delhi) for 8th nov 2018 and return on 12th november 2018 through this cheap website www.budgetair.com.

They did not ask for title while i was filing the form online and ticket was issued in the name of mrs. Vibha vibha instead of "ms".

I had to run after them for almost three weeks to get the title corrected. They do not have any customer care number for india. Everytime i have to make an international call to netherlands to speak to their executives who were least bothered to help clients. I called up jetairways also to get it corrected but they refused and ask me go through the travel agent only budgetair.com).

After a chase of almost 3 weeks the customer care executive told me it is not possible to change the title and also it doesnt matter what your title exactly is.

Today i got a call from budgetair.com to confirm my actual name on the passport. I do not use surname on any of my document and my name on the passport is "vibha". They told me that i have to cancel this booking because i am not allowed with incorrect name. Today they told me that i should have made the booking in the name of "ms vibha". I have travelled with airasia earlier and their policy is if there is no surname on the passport then you have to add your first name again in the field of surname. They should have mentioned it on their website before.

Now when i have made all the hotel bookingsm they have come up to me that i will have to cancel the booking and have to re-book.

This is ridiculous. They are there to just earn money but are not ready to provide any service. Such website should be blocked forever.

Frauds!!!

I have booked my airticket by budgetair.com..before booking I called many time budget air.care center for booking..but no response there side..after all I have book my air ticket and when I received my e ticket...I saw my name wrong...I have only given name on my passport...but my e ticket with surname..I can't fly with this e ticket...I have lost my money..budgeair said me call directly to airline.. And airline said to me budget air.responsible..for all this..budget air is fraud and unhelpful..
