Subject : Need Resolution for the Unacceptable sudden cancellation from your end on my today's (Vistara) Flight Booking transaction from your portal "www.Budgetair.in"
Hello Sir / Madam :
I, the undersigned, did a booking of Vistara Air flight from your website today from Ahmedabad, as I have to be in Mumbai on Saturday.
Here are the details regarding the booking (related 2 screen-captures attached with this email) -

Flight details - UK936 Ahmedabad - Mumbai 29th Oct 2022 08:25
While I was expecting the eTicket early on as promised after payment was made and money was deducted, instead I received a "Regret email" (per below thread).
This is totally unacceptable behavior towards Customer, for the following reasons:
1. You don't have your processes and timely Airline communication / price update mechanism in place and you can't make Customer suffer because of the same
2. You don't even have a Contact Number where such issues can be discussed
3. Your (chatbots and) Support staff are not trained (/configured properly to handle such issues, instead they provide unacceptable way out (e g 'Refund in 15 days on the same card') repeatedly.
4. When I called the Airline (Vistara), their Customer Support person on phone mentioned that Budgetair.in portal folks are entirely responsible. Again a breach of trust from the Airline also as I got Booking Confirmation for their flight and they are simply denying the same
5. None of the Travel Portal nor Airline provided phone access to the line Managers who might have had little more experience in such matters and could probably have provided little more info and help if any.
6. One cannot just take money from Customer and say there was an internal problem at their end and mention a refund in 15 days. If they did that with multiple customers, they could use interest-free funds for many days with Customers at the suffering end.
I hereby instruct you to make good the loss I suffered because of this unacceptable unilateral cancellation from your end. Just saying "We apologize.." is not enough.
Also improve your processes so that we Indian Customers aren't taken for granted any more because of your such lapses in the future.
Raising this complaint here on your reputed portal, so as to ensure such Portals and Airlines don't get away with fraudulent practices because of which I have suffered.
