Budgetticket — Not allowed to board on Vistara Delhi ranchi Flight on 1st July 2022 , No assistance or reasons given after boarding denial

Please note self had booked ticket on Vistara Delhi Ranchi Flight for 1st July 2022 through budgetticket.in. We did the web check-in and cleared the security at Delhi T3 terminal.
When we arrived at the boarding gate we were informed that our booking has been cancelled by the airlines. No reason was told to us at the boarding gate. When we checked with reservation desk at Delhi airport I was informed that the ticket was auto cancelled by the airlines as the ticketing agent had not updated the payment status.
I spoke to the customer care from the airport and requested them to clear the issue. The ticketing agent informed me at the same time all was cleared from their end and fault was from the airlines side. Around same time I was informed by my brother who is working with Vistara Ranchi that there was some tech glitch that has lead to this as it had happened with other passengers also and an internal mail was send for same that evening.
I have been chasing both Vistara and ticketing agents for refund since 1st of July 2022 and nothing has been cleared so far. I had send an email in this regard on 18th and again on 20th for same, but no refund has been processed so far from either end. Ticketing agents have advised me refund is pending from airlines side and nothing has been processed so far from their end.
For no fault of mine I have been running behind Vistara and budget tickets for my refund which again is a sole matter between the ticketing agents and airlines. I had done the payment in full when i booked the tickets and this error which lead to losses incurred by me should be compensated. Earlier I had requested only for the refund for the payment I had done for the tickets.
Following expenses have be done by me:-
Tickets for Delhi ranchi Vistara Flight on 2nd July- 17580INNR
Hotel Stay at Delhi- 10000INR
Taxi expenses:- 2000INR

I have been communicating with both the parties since 1st of July 2022. Kindly process the the full refund along with the expenses i did due to this at Delhi.
Request you to kindly advise if this can be cleared mutually or I should file a complaint through consumer forum as it has been about a month of me running around.
Your prompt reply in this regard shall be highly appreciated.

I have been chasing both Vistara and Budget ticket since 1st July 2022 but no satisfactory response have been received. Both are just lowering their shoulders and not ready to take any responsibility for the same.
