I booked a flight ticket from Ahmedabad (AMD) to Bangalore (BLR) for 16th June 2025 through a website called Budgetticket (budgetticket.in), operated under the name "Sky - TrackBudget Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd". I paid the total amount of ₹12, 570, and received a ticket confirmation email with flight details (SpiceJet SG-481), but the ticket turned out to be fake or invalid.

The PNR mentioned (OHLFYN) could not...

I have booked a flight today from Bangalore to Delhi and Delhi to Bangalore in 10998. Their website provided me a fake PNR with flight confirmation message. Requesting a refund.

I had booked a flight ticket for 7th December From BudgetTicket website via Skynscanner.And I get a call and mail from Budgettickets on 3rd December and they say that your flight has been rescheduled for 31st December.What should I do, please help me, I am a student, I don't even have money to book another ticket.

Please let me if you really got the PNR confirmation before 12 hours departure.

I am writing to address a significant issue with a flight booking I made through your company. On October 10th, 2023, I booked three SpiceJet flight tickets from Delhi to Mumbai, and I received a confirmation for the booking.

However, on October 22nd, 2023, I received an email notification from SpiceJet informing me that my flight had been canceled and directing me to rebook through a provided link. I promptly followed the instructions in the email and attempted to use the link to rebook my flight. I also reached out to SpiceJet's customer care, but I encountered a critical problem: the PNR number provided in the email is invalid.

My repeated attempts to contact SpiceJet's customer care have yielded no resolution, and I am left in a situation where my confirmed flight has been canceled with no available options for rebooking. Furthermore, my attempts to contact BudgetTicket's customer service have also been unsuccessful, as I have not received a response to my emails, and my calls have gone unanswered.

I understand that flight cancellations can happen due to unforeseen circumstances, but as a customer, I rely on the assistance of both the airline and the booking agency to resolve such issues promptly. I urgently request your intervention in this matter to either provide a valid PNR number for rebooking or facilitate a refund, as I have been left in a state of inconvenience and uncertainty.

I booked a ticket for Srinagar from Delhi. Money was debited but I received an email saying booking not confirmed and I have also not received my refund yet.

I've recently booked a few days ago a flight to Jai and amount is paid to budgetticket and a PNR is received.
Usually you get a confirmation from airline (SMS and email), i haven't recieved any confirmation from airline moreover the PNR and passenger details are showing incorrect on airline website.
I belive the ticket is not booked yet and this looks a fraud /scam.

I have booked tickets for Delhi to Bagdogra, it's show your booking is confirmed, and amount rs 21954 is deducted from my account but when I check in to there website again and on Vistara website they are showing error and asking to fill correct details, please help me to get my refund,

I booked a flight from bengaluru to patna from this website https://www.budgetticket.in/. I have a flight to catch tomorrow morning 5am and I can't do webchekin from the given PNR number. I feel cheated and my meeting is in danger.

I have been charged Rs.14, 670 for a two-way ticket and later got a pop-up stating oops! Your ticket has not been confirmed. I tried reaching out to them through the CS number and email for my refund. However, I have only received an automated response stating: Kindly advise if you wish to have any alternate option (it may include the fare difference) or else advise us to initiate the full refund against your pending booking." But when I reply to the email asking for a refund, nothing is being done from their end. Highly unprofessional and unresponsive.

I tried to book a ticket through Skyscanner and it redirected me to budgetticket website. Upon initiating the process, it led me to payment gateway . Money was deducted. I even recieved an email saying my ticket was confirmed. But when I tried to check in with official website, it showed as invalid. It is a scam !

Please note self had booked ticket on Vistara Delhi Ranchi Flight for 1st July 2022 through budgetticket.in. We did the web check-in and cleared the security at Delhi T3 terminal.
When we arrived at the boarding gate we were informed that our booking has been cancelled by the airlines. No reason was told to us at the boarding gate. When we checked with reservation desk at Delhi airport I was informed that the ticket was auto cancelled by the airlines as the ticketing agent had not updated the payment status.
I spoke to the customer care from the airport and requested them to clear the issue. The ticketing agent informed me at the same time all was cleared from their end and fault was from the airlines side. Around same time I was informed by my brother who is working with Vistara Ranchi that there was some tech glitch that has lead to this as it had happened with other passengers also and an internal mail was send for same that evening.
I have been chasing both Vistara and ticketing agents for refund since 1st of July 2022 and nothing has been cleared so far. I had send an email in this regard on 18th and again on 20th for same, but no refund has been processed so far from either end. Ticketing agents have advised me refund is pending from airlines side and nothing has been processed so far from their end.
For no fault of mine I have been running behind Vistara and budget tickets for my refund which again is a sole matter between the ticketing agents and airlines. I had done the payment in full when i booked the tickets and this error which lead to losses incurred by me should be compensated. Earlier I had requested only for the refund for the payment I had done for the tickets.
Following expenses have be done by me:-
Tickets for Delhi ranchi Vistara Flight on 2nd July- 17580INNR
Hotel Stay at Delhi- 10000INR
Taxi expenses:- 2000INR

I have been communicating with both the parties since 1st of July 2022. Kindly process the the full refund along with the expenses i did due to this at Delhi.
Request you to kindly advise if this can be cleared mutually or I should file a complaint through consumer forum as it has been about a month of me running around.
Your prompt reply in this regard shall be highly appreciated.

I had booked a SpiceJet flight from the website through Skyscanner which I cancelled on 6th February 2022.
PNR: DCM14T
Amount to be refunded: Rs. 6, 597/-

The airlines have refunded the amount mount on 6th February to the website but I have not received it from them yet.

Kindly help me.
