Builders — Illegal construction cause damage water pipeline

My name is yogender kumar R/O 266 bank Enclave laxmi nagar
i am concerned citizen of bank enclave wants to complain against 2 case of illegal construction in our colony in house no. 238 and 254.
many residents of our colony are disturbed and concerned because of this. A huge dumper trucks supply raw material for construction sight causing heavy damage to water pipe lines of our house no. 266 and some other neighbors house no. 231and 232 . The dumper broke water supply pipelines twice, as a result there is a heavy leakage of water and after many requests they don't seem to co-operate with us builders are threatened us. Thus we humbly request to the concerned authorities please overlook this matter and take necessary action on it.
