Dhingra Developers... builders of the Times Square at Bahurgarh are increasingly being embroiled in controversies with their customers. They have a below average track record of completing projects on time and customer satisfaction. It appears to be happening all over again with their Times Square project and apparently they are offering their customers to transfer their bookings to their other developments which are a bit further into development.
Their customer services are well below poor and it is impossible to get a clear response from any of their officials regarding their plans.
I'd advise anyone involved with Dhingra Developers to withdraw any monies they have invested with them and those who haven't to avoid any dealings with them.

Builders — Unauthorised Construction

Respected Sir

I am Chetan Goel R/o E-41 Mansarover Garden. At the back side of the house a builder is constructing
a very dangerous and unauthorised building which is not permissible on such a road. My whole family
is under constant fear that the same incident which happened recently in Delhi in areas like Laxmi Nagar
may again take place.

Sir it is a humble request to kindly stop the contruction otherwise it will be too late. No action plan has been approved and as far as our knowledge is concerned this building is not as per Building bye laws.

An early action on your part will bw highly appreciated.

Dhingra Builders, Time Square Project, Bahadurgarh — PRE-LAUNCH MONEY COLLECTION FRAUD

I had applied for a flat in Project : Times Square, Sector 3A, Bahadurgarh
> on 16/12/07. The Builder was supposed made the flats within 30 months.
