[Resolved] Gaurav Legends - Ravi Group — NO AGREEMENT FOR 3 YEARS, | |
GAURAV LEGENDS – RAVI GROUP, ANDHERI W MUMBAI, PLEASE BE CAREFUL. Please refrain from marketing this project and fooling innocent public. All the buyers want to surrender the flats and take their money back,. Three years completion period came and gone and the builder said three years again last week. The Ravi Group is one of the worst reputed builders with scrupulous practice and total disregard for its customers. The builder is yet to give an agreement after three years of payment amounting to more than 50% of the flat value. He charges 5 to 7 lacs cash for the parking and uses any change in rules to his advantages to seek more money without any agreement. He blackmails customers to pay or to return the allotment letter at less than purchase price. Do not be fooled by their advertisement of CLOSE TO INFINITI MALL and trapping innocent middle class and depriving them of their hard earned money. Be careful. We also have a booking in gaurav legend. Its been more then 3 years now there is a STAY on that building. And when we visit the office their agent NIMESH behaves as if we have taken some
kind of LOAN from them. They are such a CHEAT we want our money back

We have also been fooled. The project has been stopped and not restarting and they don't give any dates. They have been lying all this while. Delivery was supposed to be in 2013. Please help us

yes, we have this big group which has some very learned and professional people who will make sure RAVI GROUP does deliver the promised flats otherwise this group is capable of taking all legal action. So far Ravi Group is cooperating and and promising (again) start of work this month. I have booked a flat in Gaurav Legend in the year 2011 and also did the Stamp duty registration for the revised area from 495 to 595 sq.ft..
Now its a dry area with no construction activities for the past 3 years.
Builder keeps giving false dates of construction to begun.

I am also affected by booking a flat with gaurav legend, builder is a fraud and taking us for a ride since last 6 year, lets unite and fight against builder

How do we know if the said property (Gaurav Legend) has litigation. Any reason why no construction? HAs any body taken this builder to court for delay in Gaurav Legend

We have formed an association to fight against Ravi builder, those who wish to join this association can send the details. It has fees associated which is required to put up a case in appropriate courts plus lawyer fees etc..
