I am a resident of Gaurav Excellency, there is a construction going on in our complex and because of that all the mud that is getting accumulated in the drainage line causing it to choke in the entire line is very unhealthy. All the drainage/sewage water are overflowing from their chambers and in the complex. This is unhygienic for the residents staying here.. this has to be taken care soon.

I am a resident of Gaurav Excellency located at Hatkesh, Opp GCC club, behind Unique Signature Tower. Around 10 number of stray dogs survive in our complex without proper shelter and not getting food. Many of them suffer from disease most of the time and no one is there to look after them. They dont get place to shelter themselves in rainy season. Many of them have injuries on their body and one of them is blind by one eye. The one those who have injuries on their body stinks very badly even from 7 to 8 ft distance. Even after calling so many NGO and MBMC no one attends to my complaint and just ignore this thing. These dogs need proper care and shelter since this is also an under construction project they are not safe here... I request to please look into this matter..

I had booked a flat in ravi group's gaurav discovery A wing 5th floor in malad west mumbai in 2012.but until now I haven't got the possession of my flat which was promised 3yrs back.also there is no response from the builder's about the status of the flat and they only call to ask for money . I'm paying every month for my EMI from hdfc loan.no feedback from their side against my call or what's app messages.now I'm fed-up and want to take a refund.

Rent amount pending from more than 5years for ekta nagar sra redevelopment project.

Correctlly.. True that they miss use them.. Cylinder they told one date for delivery but deliver in some other date. They won't reply if delivery date postponed by due to some reason pls. Take necessary action

I had purchased a flat on 5th Mar 2017 in Gaurav Crest, Mira road. I have given only token amount to the builder. I have heard complaint of Land against Gaurav Crest Project from SBI bank. Builder are asking 20% payment of agreement value. Please suggest should I buy or cancel the flat? Please suggest me on my email id [protected]@gmail.com. We had purchased a flat in ravi group project that is located in mira road near gcc club. Project name is gaurav samuruddhi. It took 7 years to complete this project and now they ahave starting giving possession. We tried to sell our flat but they are not letting us sell this flat and asking for rs.1000 per square ft transfer fees. This is very expensive.

Please help me as i am stuck with this flat.

We had booked a flat in Gaurav Crest in October 2017 with RS.1, 00, 000/-. They made us apply for a LOAN via LIC housing finance which we did and our LOAN was sanctioned as well however LIC refused to disburse funds for their Gaurav Crest project saying they are fraud and that they do not give the possession on time. The bank told us not to go ahead with this Project. This wasn't our fault as our LOAN was sanctioned so we decided to cancel the deal. And we asked for a full refund of RS.1, 00, 000/-. I have messages and recordings in which it is clearly said that our full Rs.1, 00, 000/- will be refunded to us. They made us run around with our cancellation letter from Mira Road to Kandivali, Kandivali to Mira toad and then finally we submitted our cancellation letter at the Ravi Group office in Kandivali on February 14th, 2018 to Ravindra. Who promised us that since it is a small refund you will get it by the end of February. Every week from the end of February it is the same excuse from them saying that they are waiting for someone's transfer to come and once that comes they will transfer our refund. They even lost our cancellation letter and again around March 10th 2018 we had to submit another letter to Ravindra and Hems. I have a message from Hems dates March 16th 2018 that our cancellation was accepted and that Gaurav of Ravi Group has approved for the full refund as it wasn't our fault. From that day till now it's nothing but excuses. That Ravindra has also lied to us each n every week. This company has no money whatsoever. Imagine if they do have Rs.1, 00, 000/- what will they build buildings and give. Every week that Gaurav says he will refund the money. He never comes on the phone. Last we met Ravindra in the 2nd week of April and he passed on our paperwork for the refund and he said it will happen in a day or two and he left for his native place. He told us u can call me i[censored] don't receive it I will help u guys. He gave us all ### and now he doesn't answer our calls. I got a hold of Shetal from the admin team who works with Ravindra and it's the same story. Until now I haven't received my refund and I don't know if I will. I will keep fighting I will not let go...If there are other people like us we should all join in and make this builder straight he can't Rob people's money and hide. I will not let go. You can't Rob someone's hard earned money. Please join us in this fight. These people are horrible and noone should book flats with Ravi Group anywhere. They are cheats. And so are the people working for him all are cheats. They just give u bull ###.

I am one of the affected party in gaurav legend wherein the builder has made false promises. Let's all get together and approach real estate appellate tribunal for adequate relie[censored]nder tera. The builder has been going on saying that works will begin soon but has no permissions and approvals from the competent authority. He has not obtained any commencement certificate as yet. The innocent buyers are cheated of their hard money. Strongly demand immediate action. Pls help!!

I have bought flat in 2011. Have fully paid and registered flat. Construction was on at that time and was told, we will get possession soon. Building stopped at 17th floor. We have been promised that its going to start soon. We have met jayeshbhai in office for solution but no progress. We need solution, and definite resolution immediately. Our flat no -2601-b...

In sep 2013, the above mentioned property was demolished by mira bhayandar municipal corporation (Mbmc) citing illegal construction of top 7 floors of 17 story gaurav aster tower.

We made several efforts to reach concern person (Mr. Ravendra, mr. Gaurav and many other people in ravi groups),...

We have booked a flat in 2013 in gaurav discovery g wing malad west and paid a heft sum in 2013 however we have not yet got a apartment from them. We have tried multiple times speaking with them however they keep on giving false promises and keep on avoiding the subject. Need your support for us to move forward and please help us.
We have all paperwork from the builders ready which clearly says the flat will be delivered in 2015 however we are currently at 2017 and still there is no sign of the work being started or even remotely completed.

Ravi builders are the biggest frauds in real estate. My father had booked the flat at gaurav excellecy, mira road.

They had delayed our possession for more than 4 years and collected entire amount based on slabs completed however no internal work has been completed yet.

Finally they agreed to give credit note of rs. 7000. But now after even much of follow up they are delaying issuing credit note.

Ravi builders has given lot of financial & mental stress to me and my family.

I really wish that there are strict punishments by law for such fraud real estate builders until then a common man who dreams to own a house in india will continue to suffer.
