[Resolved]  Mr. Shantanu Bhaduri — Refund of Advance amount of Rs. 6.0 lacs for Booking of a flat

Further to my complaint of 22nd August'13, I would request you to please suggest me the next course of action to be taken against the Developer, Mr. Santanu Bhaduri who is trying to cheat me and I am harrassed by him mentally and also facing financial crisis for the last 10 months. No. [protected] / [protected] I have already lodged a complaint at Haridevpur Police Station and also informed Dy. Commissioner of Police (SWD), Kolkata about the above matter in the month of June'13. Also I have filed a suit under Rule 138 of N I Act against the bounced cheques at Alipore Police Court on 22nd August'13. Kindly help me in resolving the case and advise me a suitable solution. Bikram Sengupta Cell No. [protected] Further to my complaint against Mr. Santanu Bhaduri, Developer, dated 19th February'13, I would like to share the present status of the case as follows : 1) After repeated persuation with Mr. Bhaduri, he issued 4 nos. Post dated A/C payee cheques totalling the amount of Rs. 7.0 lacs against the advance amount paid by me. Out of these 4 cheques, one cheque of Rs. 1.0 lac got cleared from my bank leaving the balance three cheques got dishouned from my bank in the month of June'13. 2) After repeated follow ups with Mr. Bhaduri for the balance payment of Rs. 6.0 lacs, heneither shown any interest of making the payment to me nor meeting me till date. Moreover, he threatened me that I can take any legal action against him for recovering the money. As a result I have had no other alternative but to take legal action against the bounced cheques and I have filed a case in Alipore Criminal Court against Mr. Bhaduri. 3) I shall request for your taking necessary action for proper investigation in the matter so that appropriate action is taken against Mr. Bhaduri immediately under intimation to me.
