Dear sir,

On 22nd I received a call from Mr.Rahul that two instalments are over due, I replied that I had deposited all the instalments as per your letter dtd.20.08.12 in time.He told two instalments dtd.29th sept are not deposited for which letter is lying in the file. I was surprised and replied that I have not received any letter ,I am very punctual about the payment.
After talking with me he sent an email along with scan copy of payment intimation reminder-I dtd.19.10.12 , but I have not received any intimation before reminder-I. Even I have not received reminder dtd.19.10.12. Your staff has forget to send the intimation now they are making unfair tactics and it seems they are filing the letters in back date. I am writing this letter on 25th and reminder dtd.19th has still not received.It is sufficient to prove unfair tactics of irresponsible and poor performers.
I want to bring into your notice the working style and behaviour at your office and harassment which we have been facing since booking of the floor, hope you will seriously consider it ,to maintain your brand name.
There is no deadline of any work, Intimation of payment letter,agreement, receipt etc.They give false replies.
Date wise detail are given as under:

30.05.12 Flat no. 71 FF in Shbhnagan, Omaxe,Jaipur was booked on 30.05.12 trough Mr.Rohit. His marketing was excellent.
Application was filled .Ch. no.2411182 dtd.
30.05.12 dtd.100000/-
Agreement was signed by me in Advance because I was
leaving for South Africa.

30.05.12 No action was taken till two months.
to 31.07.12 Ch.dtd 30.05.12 was not presented for two months.
Agreement not signed by your authorised signatory.
I made many call and talked with Ms. Jigyasa.

31.07.12 Above cheque was lodged by your office on 31.07.12
–After two months and
My funds were lying idle in the bank for two months.
Receipt of Above cheque was not sent to me.

31.07.12 we requested many times on phone for receipt and copy
of agreements.
to 20.08.12 Twice we were told that agreement
and receipt has been sent by courier ,when for a week we
did not received, we asked about the phone no. and courier
no. of courier company. But in fact documents
were not sent. False replies /information was given.
Ultimately Ms.Jigyasa promised to send.

21.08.12 At last, My father went to Omaxe office and collected the
following documents:
A) Receipt of Rs.100000/- cheque,which was printed
same day and given
B)Given intimation letter of instalment
dtd 20.08.12 which were due as under:
Rs. 7496.98 231.66 due on 27.07.12
Rs.52249.80 1614.52 due on 10.09.12
Rs.52249.80 1614.52 due on 25.10.12
C) when asked for duly signed agreement ,reply was given
that authorised signatory is out of station and
agreement shall be sent by post in a week.

09.09.12 A) Amount which was due on 10.09.12 deposited vide
ch no.152118 dtd.07.09.12 at your office.
B) Again Asked for duly signed agreement copy (which I had
given duly signed on 30.05.12).
Mr.Rohit called the file and agreement was
lying unsigned in the file .He asked to dealing
Person for the reason o[censored]nsigned agreement ,
dealing person replied that the stamping is
to be done on the agreement.
SINCE 30.05.12 STAMPING HAVE NOT BEEN DONE
ON AGREEMENT.
Mr.Rohit requested to dealing person for getting
done stamping because it was very old matter.
C) When seen the file only intimation dtd. 20.08.12
was lying and no intimation was in the
File towards instalment due on 29.09.12.

Email dtd. We are surprised to receive email dtd. in which one scan
22.10.12 copy of reminder-i dtd. 19.10.12.was attached
If it was sent by post or courier it should be received by us
till date. Letter before 19.10.12 was never sent to us or they
forget to send and only filed in the files in the back date.
Please look into the matter and take action again those staff
who are making these type of negligency and playing unfair
tactics to cover his negligency and should be penalised.

I request you to kindly issue fresh letter giving the fresh dates to deposit the instalment, clients should not be penalised for the irresponsible act of few employees .

We are punctual for payment according to your intimation dates. I have also purchased two properties as under for which we have made payment before time.
1.Plot no.111,Shubhangan , Omaxe city extn.,Jaipur
2.Omaxe retail street market(ORJS/8)
We had received payment schedule at the time of booking.
I again request you to kindly issue fresh letter giving the fresh dates, clients should not be penalised for the irresponsibles activities of employee.
