SECONDLY WE HAD RECEIVED A LETTER AND E-MAIL ON 29.09.2014 IN WHICH YOU HAD MAKE A DEMAND OF PENDING AMOUNT OF RS 1825773.29 IMMEDIATELY IN 15 DAYS.BUT WE SHOULD MAKE YOU CLEARED THAT WE HAD GONE TO YOUR EXECUTIVES AT LUDHIANA OFFICE SO MANY TIMES FOR ALLOTMENT LETTER AND OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTS DEMANDED BY OUR BANK TO DISBURSE THE AMOUNT OF RS 1800000/. AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THE EXECUTIVES HAD SAID THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE US ALLOTMENT LETTER IN 10-15 DAYS (25.06.2014) AFTER BOOKING . WE HAD CHOSSEN DOWN PAYMENT PLAN AT THAT TIME AND APPLIED FOR HOUSING LOAN TO HDFCBANK LTD. FOR RS 1800000/. ALSO WE GOT SENSIONED LETTER BY OUR BANK ON 8 SEP.2014 A SCANNED COPY IS ATTACHED WITH THIS E-MAIL. OUR BANK AUTHORITIES ARE DEMANDING ALLOTMENT LETTER AND A COPY OF AGGREMENT FROM YOUR SIDE BUT YOUR EXECUTIVES ARE FAILLING IN PROVIDING US ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENT'S DUE TO WHICH THE BANK IS NOT DISBURSING THE ABOVE SAID AMOUNT. SO WE REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE PROVIDE US APPROPRIATE DOCUMENT'S AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE SO THAT THE BALANCE PAYMENTS WILL BE IN TIME SAME AS WE HAD ALREADY MADE ALL THE PAYMENT'S IN TIME. ALSO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS SO THAT COMPANY SYSTEM WILL NOT CHARGE ANY KIND OF INTEREST IN DELAY OF PENDING AMOUNT BECAUSE THIS DELAY IS JUST FROM YOUR SIDE IN PROVIDING DOCUMENTS.
