Soma Constructions, Gopalapatnam, Visakhapatnam — Real Cheating of Adari Satish

Sir,
I my father retired from Railways, gave advance an amount of Rs. 12,00,000/- (Ruppes Thirteen lakhs) to Adari satish s/o A. Appa rao (owner of soma constructions, Gopalapatnam, Visakhapatnam.) towards purchase a flat in soma enclave, block no-23, behind Mohati Model School, Gopalpatnam, Visakhapatnam.
He cheated me by selling the same flat to others.
Complaint was given against the builder satish at gopalpatnam police station but no use.
No action is taken against him till now. Recently found that he (Satish) cheated about 15 people in similar way.
I am requesting you to help in this regard.
