Its about gharaunda toll plaza (Karnal haryana)

The staff is completely uneducated.
Filled with misbehaving people,
The toll. Plaza doesnt have any bike lane on one side. A rider has to find a way to get through.
And we the locals, who have pass cant recharge it online. Every month we have to stop and reach the office to get the recharge done manually, have to wait in line and good thing is the recharge only get activated after some 15-20 min, that means we have to wait more to cross the toll.

They are making people wait and wasting our time and providing the worst service ever and charge a hefty toll.

I am travelling from bardoli to Hazira on daily basis.i have seen average 2 road accidents daily. So following are the reason for that.
1.Road is uneven, no proper levelling of road.
2.Animals like buffalo, Cow and Dogs are came on the road at any time.
3.No light or signages are provided at overbridges and at any U turn spot.
4.Multiple bump is provided at various location, which is not as per standard and there is no signages for bump.
5.problem in night is that light of opposite site vehicle reflect in your eye because there is no natural tree or hard barricating to obstract the light coming from other site.
6.Heavy vehicle are parked on service road.

Yesterday i traveled patiala to ambalay father is 100% disability and i have certificate
And e is now 60+ aged
I showed to toll plaza person certificate
He argued with us and use very bad language
And security manager also abusing
And i pay 105 toll plaza
I want strict acting on it all
And want get my money back with interest and hrashment
When i open my mobile video his language totally different and he also said to me i'm illiterate person please listen this video
And want to suspend those persons

We knew that in case of waiting for more than 5 min
We don't need to pay toll but we stuck at ambala toll for around 15 min and when we refused to pay toll they person misbehaved and ask to show them notification of the same.
So we paid toll amount.

And it is not fair as they people don't have manners to talk and they even don't respect our supreme court

I (PSM Sarma) retired from BSNL, gave advance an amount of Rs. 13, 00, 000/- (Ruppes Thirteen lakhs) on 10/01/2012 to Adari satish s/o A. Appa rao (owner of soma constructions, Gopalapatnam, Visakhapatnam.) towards purchase a flat in soma enclave, block no-23, behind Mohati Model School, Gopalpatnam, Visakhapatnam.
Aggreement was done on bond paper for 5lakh and remaining amount deposited in his account against receipts.
After 4months he came to know that the same flat is sold for others also. From the day he absconded, closed his office and phone no.’s changed.
Complaint was given against the builder satish at gopalpatnam police station on 23/9/2012 and one more complaint is given in commisioner’s office on 6/10/2012.
No action is taken against him till now. In my knowledge he (Satish) cheated so many people in similar way.
I am requesting you to take necessary action and no other will trap in builder’s hand in future.

Appa rao (owner of soma constructions, Gopalapatnam, Visakhapatnam.) towards purchase a flat in soma enclave, block no-23, behind Mohati Model School, Gopalpatnam, Visakhapatnam.
He cheated me by selling the same flat to others.
Complaint was given against the builder satish at gopalpatnam police station but no use.
No action is taken against him till now. Recently found that he (Satish) cheated about 15 people in similar way.
I am requesting you to help in this regard.

I Gurunadham purchased a flat in soma enclave, block no-23, behind Mohati Model School, Gopalpatnam, Visakhapatnam.
Builder Adari satish s/o A. Appa rao (owner of soma constructions, Gopalapatnam, Visakhapatnam.) sold the flat for others also and I was cheated.
Complaint was given against the builder satish at gopalpatnam police station.
No action is taken against him.
