Hi,
Its about gharaunda toll plaza (Karnal haryana)

The staff is completely uneducated.
Filled with misbehaving people,
The toll. Plaza doesnt have any bike lane on one side. A rider has to find a way to get through.
And we the locals, who have pass cant recharge it online. Every month we have to stop and reach the office to get the recharge done manually, have to wait in line and good thing is...

I am travelling from bardoli to Hazira on daily basis.i have seen average 2 road accidents daily. So following are the reason for that.
1.Road is uneven, no proper levelling of road.
2.Animals like buffalo, Cow and Dogs are came on the road at any time.
3.No light or signages are provided at overbridges and at any U turn spot.
4.Multiple bump is provided at various location, which is not as per standard and there...

Yesterday i traveled patiala to ambalay father is 100% disability and i have certificate
And e is now 60+ aged
I showed to toll plaza person certificate
He argued with us and use very bad language
And security manager also abusing
And i pay 105 toll plaza
I want strict acting on it all
And want get my money back with interest and hrashment
When i open my mobile video his language...

We knew that in case of waiting for more than 5 min
We don't need to pay toll but we stuck at ambala toll for around 15 min and when we refused to pay toll they person misbehaved and ask to show them notification of the same.
So we paid toll amount.

And it is not fair as they people don't have manners to talk and they even don't respect our supreme court
