The company is bulk sms service provider and promises to give support 24*7. They also promise us to charge on delivery basis. I had purchased the 2 lakh sms by paying 9000 in advance on 22nd january 2018 but they are failed in providing the services and even they are not picking the phone call and even not response on mail. We trying to send sms to their portal and status are shown in their portal is delivered but actually, they are not sending. We are trying to complain through a phone call or mail but they are non-response. Now they have blocked our user id by saying that we are using the abusive language as no call done from the registered number. They all are making fool to the general public, kindly look into this matter on urgent basis.
