Purchased 2 lakh bulk sms of rs. @9000 by paytm on date 24 january 2018. But sms is not delivering & deducting in main balance. They are not picking up Phone or not replying on online chat app. I dont want to continue ur service so refund my amount plz as a resell account its hamper my business... This is not my id : My id is chaturvedi.parul123 . I am also on a trying period for 1 month. if they provide me service as they promise. then i also give my positive comment on This.
They are not returning amount & Saying that they deactivated Account. They are doing fraud comment from my side to make similar id. This is the worst service i ever seen. No comment on service & they are not accepting their mistakes. I do not want any other person believe on them & loose their money. Their domain is also new (It's created only 6 month before). If they return our money then i will write above this also.
