I had placed an order online (order no. Bunaai356325) but immediately I wanted to cancel on same day before shipping the order. But the customer service team is telling they won't refund. They are behaving rudely and telling nonsense story. The delivery is not done. How can there be no refund policy. Such ethical practice by this company.
