I purchased a salwar suite on June . however it is found small in size. The company denied exchange citing their refund policy as my product was in sale category. the company has not alerted the customer before buying the product. This is purely breach of trust. According to them, it is published somewhere on the website which is difficult to locate for a first time customer. When I alerted about this refund policy on their Facebook business page, they removed/hide my comment and it is a fraudulent behavior as the company wants to trap the customer intentionally and extract their money Was this information helpful? |
