I placed an order for an Original Chicken Whopper using the Burger King India app on 14/05/2025. The app marked the order status as “Delivered”, but I never received the order.
I waited for the delivery, confirmed with security, and checked the surroundings, but no delivery was made. Despite this, the app falsely shows the item as delivered.
I immediately emailed Burger King India customer support with the details, but even after waiting several days, I have not received a response.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. I expect basic service reliability and customer support from a reputable brand like Burger King. So far, I have received neither the product nor a refund.
