Hi, I am Lavanya JN, I ordered food through Burger King app. at 10.40 pm on 18/12/2022. I was suppose to receive order at 11.40. I paid amount of 144 INR through phone pay while ordering food. order was confirmed and They didn't deliver the food. Tried reaching the restaurant multiple times and no response. I tired reaching customer support but no reply in favour. I have waited till now for update and nothing received. I lost money as well...

I placed an online order through the website: https://www.burgerking.in/ on May 6, 2022 and paid an amount of Rs. 1215.90 through Paytm via netbanking. The restaurant staff called me and told me that they would not be able to deliver the order because of the rain.
I did not receive the order and I have not received the refund yet.

I placed and order#20005, with Burger King at 19/08/2021 8:55 pm. The order was cancelled at 19/08/2021 10:30 pm.
Now I see order was delivered at 20/08/2021 4:03. Order Delivered in future. Funny.
I fact the order never got delivered.
