I placed an order for an Original Chicken Whopper using the Burger King India app on 14/05/2025. The app marked the order status as “Delivered”, but I never received the order.

I waited for the delivery, confirmed with security, and checked the surroundings, but no delivery was made. Despite this, the app falsely shows the item as delivered.

I immediately emailed Burger King India customer support with the details, but even after waiting several days, I have not received a response.

This experience has been extremely disappointing. I expect basic service reliability and customer support from a reputable brand like Burger King. So far, I have received neither the product nor a refund.

    I’m absolutely livid. I ordered a Veg Whopper with an iced latte, clearly specifying the Veg Whopper with Veg Whopper Patty plus two extra servings of cheese. Instead, what did I get? A messed-up order with no cheese at all from the Burger King on Abu Road! I had to raise a complaint, and while they eventually replaced the burger, I was starving and ended up drinking my latte—leaving me with no drink to properly enjoy my meal. I even asked for a little compensation, but they outright denied it. Now I’m forced to shell out extra money for another drink. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

      Hi, I am Lavanya JN, I ordered food through Burger King app. at 10.40 pm on 18/12/2022. I was suppose to receive order at 11.40. I paid amount of 144 INR through phone pay while ordering food. order was confirmed and They didn't deliver the food. Tried reaching the restaurant multiple times and no response. I tired reaching customer support but no reply in favour. I have waited till now for update and nothing received. I lost money as well as suffered from hunger whole night, the order received outlet is just 1km away from my home. I want to take legal action against this fraud and its violation of consumer policy.

        I placed an online order through the website: https://www.burgerking.in/ on May 6, 2022 and paid an amount of Rs. 1215.90 through Paytm via netbanking. The restaurant staff called me and told me that they would not be able to deliver the order because of the rain.
        I did not receive the order and I have not received the refund yet.

          Hi,
          I placed and order#20005, with Burger King at 19/08/2021 8:55 pm. The order was cancelled at 19/08/2021 10:30 pm.
          Now I see order was delivered at 20/08/2021 4:03. Order Delivered in future. Funny.
          I fact the order never got delivered.

          Please refund.

            I placed an order with the ghansoli outlet of burger king on 20th may - order #lt[protected] amounting to rs 432 + rs 25.92 service tax + rs 58.32 vat + rs 29 delivery charge = rs 545. This order was placed through www.burgerkingindia.in and not any other third party app.

            This amount was paid online and half an hour later i received an email stating that the order was declined. Upon speaking to the store manager (Mobile number [protected]) i was informed that the third party delivery service no longer delivers to the address i had given. I was told that the money would be refunded in a few working days. A week later when i tried calling the mobile number on my bill (Same as given above), i realised that the number was temporarily unavailable and that the ghansoli outlet had shut down.

            I made multiple attempts to get in touch with burger king india including reaching out over twitter and facebook and also filling out the contact form on the website but have received no response to date and no refund either.

            I not only want my refund but also seek damages to compensate for the amount of time i have spent following up on this.
