I have booked ticket from Angul to Berhampur using Bus India application. Money deducted from the account but ticket not booked.Neither I got message nor mail about the ticket confirmation. So please let me know when I get my refund my money.
Yesterday night i.e, on 13.09.2022 I booked my ticket money deducted but ticket not booked. When I call to helpline they said ticket failed but money not credited to my account.so how can I get my refund to the same account.
