I had tried booking a bus ticket with bus India and the first time, they deducted the cash and never confirmed a ticket.
The second time, i got a ticket and paid again.
I want the refund for the first booking.
Also the customer care service is the worst of all.
They're unresponsive and cut the calls anytime we make a complaint.

Bus ticket booked throu net banking for performing bus travel from Erode to
Pondicherry at 11.22 am. Amt. debited from my account for Rs. 340/-. But ticket not booked vide IBIBO No.[protected]. Hence I kindly
request you to refund the amount.

But ticket status is showing not booked. Please check.
